Two Legal Consultations a Year

Enjoy two complimentary legal consultations per membership year, of up to 30 minutes each, on matters such as Cambodian residency, investment, business establishment, property and estate planning.

Consultations are available by appointment, subject to conflict checks and SK LAW OFFICE’s acceptance of the matter. The allowance is shared by all persons registered under one membership. Document drafting, detailed legal opinions, applications, negotiations and representation are charged separately under an agreed engagement.

Advance reservations are required, subject to availability. Annual hospitality experiences cover the individual member or registered family; airport transfers are provided in one vehicle for members travelling together. Resort access and transfers commence when the resort welcomes guests. Unused annual privileges do not accumulate or convert to cash. Additional guests, return airport transfers, camping and other purchases are charged separately unless expressly included. Villa buyers’ benefits are governed by their signed agreements; overlapping privileges are provided once unless otherwise agreed.
